Please read this Refunds and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) carefully before using the https://kroxieand.co website (the “Service”) operated by Kroxie & Co LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

The deposit payment specified in your contract is not refundable. Payments made in association with project deliverables are not refundable.
The following payments are not refundable:
Payments made for Consultation Services
Payments made for Website Audit Services
Payments made for Content Entry
Payments made for Website Support
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Either Party may terminate a service agreement for design and development services at any time, with or without cause, upon 14 days written notice.
If a service agreement is terminated early by you, you will pay us any and all sums which are due and payable for the services provided as of the date of termination and any expenses already incurred. A time sheet will be provided to you to show the amount of hours worked on the project. Those hours will be billed at the hourly rate of $125.
If a service agreement is terminated by us PRIOR to the start of work on the project we will refund all payments made by you relating to that service.
If a service agreement is terminated by us DURING your project, you will not be responsible for subsequent payments. If payment has been made in full, we will calculate out incurred expenses for services and any items purchased on your behalf, then refund the remainder.
You may cancel service subscriptions at any time in writing. The cancellation will be processed within 48 hours. Subscription payments already made are non-refundable.
Unless your contract states otherwise, payments made to us by debit or credit card will be refunded to the card that the payment was made with. Processing time will vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Upon payment of your services you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound to its terms and conditions.
